Role Description:

This role is for an individual contributor responsible for performing high risk processes for the Rates, ROG, LCT business. Developing relationships with all stakeholders within the trade lifecycle, specifically Technology, Front office and operational partners and taking ownership for resolution of high risk, immediate issues that may arise.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Accurate and timely execution of Trade Control processes
  • Escalation of issues in a timely and appropriate way
  • Establish excellent relationships with operational partners and front office
  • Challenge and interrogate existing processes for purpose, suitability, and efficiency
  • Ensure operational excellence potential is highlighted at every opportunity
  • Be an active member of the team, whether through coaching of junior members or EDI opportunities.
  • Participate in initiatives within the team where required

What we are looking for:

  • Must have excellent attention to detail skills
  • Must have a proven track record of dealing with Front Office in a high-risk environment
  • Must have a desire to achieve SME status in Vmaster and potential ORCA processes over the long term
  • Demonstrable ability to understand risk and mitigate appropriately
  • History of process improvements and operational excellence
