Job Description

• Part of a cross functional team responsible for delivering Bank of America's network automation solutions, the dev ops engineer will bring expertise in
• automated build and deployment of network applications.
• Engineer will be responsible for development and operation of CICD pipeline to deliver network software changes accurately and consistently.
• Job Responsibilities
• DevOps Engineer is expected to work with multiple development teams to onboard applications to the enterprise Horizon SDM tool set made up of JIRA
• /Jenkins/Artifactory/Ansible and other build/deploy automation tools. Engineer will design, implement, and operate CICD workflow for the applications that
• is both functional and technical to eliminate manual repetitive tasks. This is a hands-on role; it will require a strong desire and ability to learn new tools and
• technologies. Ability to provide direction and expertise, mentor team members in the use of DevOps tools and technology.

Required Skills

• Over 10 years of experience within a DevOps release engineering framework.
• A solid understanding of SDLC
• Expert level working with Bitbucket, Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory, Ansible, Ansible Tower, JIRA. Experience in release/build engineering
• processes.
• Experience implementing and supporting Continuous Integration and Delivery practices and automation tools
• Strong expertise in either Python or Java.
• Able to communicate effectively both written and verbal.
• Able to support development teams in a fast-paced environment in critical situations.
• Able to multitask and have a sense of priorities.
• Experience with supporting applications
• Experience with Agile development processes and tools

Desired Skills
Experience with network technologies: Switching, Routing, Firewalling, Proxy, SDN, Overlay Networking
