Job Description:
Manages specialty assets within The Private Bank Group while learning the complexities and techniques of client service along with the fiduciary aspects of a given segment of specialty assets, i.e. real estate, farm & ranch, timberland, oil & gas, private businesses. Also assist in developing new business opportunities by going on sales calls with key partners. Works under the supervision of a regional manager or team leader.

The Petroleum Engineering Technician will provide engineering and other technical support to the petroleum engineering team. Responsible for collecting and inputting Authority For Expenditures (AFEs) for seamless workflow management. The technician will also provide analytical and data management support across a breadth of application and tools used within the engineering team. Must be team player, self starter, and someone who is always willing to go above and beyond to deliver top tier mineral management service for wealth management clients in the Private Bank and Merrill.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years’ experience in general financial industry
  • Proficient with PHDWin reserve and economic software
  • Highly proficient in all Microsoft office tools including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Enverus DrillingInfo, PRISM, DI Courthouse, and other oil and gas analytical tools
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to build and maintain large datasets

Desired Qualifications:
