Role Description:
The GBAM Operations Tax and Control Banking Outreach team is responsible for supporting all elements of the US tax form and CRS self-certification refresh and inquiry processes. This role will be in a team of 4 in Bromley, with others in the US, focusing on Collections and Outreach. This team works directly with Treasury clients and a number of global business partners including the tax operations teams in the US, APAC, EMEA, and Canada/LATAM as well as Corporate and Enterprise tax, Fulfilment, Service and Operations.
Responsibilities:
You will work with Bank of America clients to refresh expired tax forms
You will liaise with clients to collect tax forms for a change in circumstance
You will validate reports on a weekly, monthly and annual basis
You will do refund analysis and approvals
You will field general inquiries from clients and internal partners
You will Translate and disseminate Global Tax communications
What we are looking for:
You will have effective written and verbal communications skills
You will be proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
You will have a close attention to detail
You will have the ability to prioritise a varying workload
Skills that will help (optional):
Any experience working with clients in a previous role will be a plus
Any knowledge of FATCA or CRS Tax Regulations will be a plus
Any experience in an operations setting would be a plus
