Your background
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in investment banking operations (industry)
Experience of FX / Derivative and Treasury operations will be advantage
Basic knowledge of market practice of cash payments (i.e. Swift messaging, Zengin system, BOJ-Net)
Control mind-set with attention to details of visible and potential risk
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of internal and external parties
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks

What you can expect
The team sit in the Japan Global Markets Operations Group and supports a range of products from FX including spots, forwards, swaps and options to Treasury products (money market and securities business).
What you will do
Manage FX trade and Treasury products confirmation and settlement control for external clients
Support FX trade and Treasury products settlement functions performed by outsourcing center (i.e. Singapore, India)
Handle account opening and set-up for FX and Treasury business
Responsible for the daily management of balance monitoring across the line of multiple product/business
Perform day to day on settlement calculate funding estimation based on cash projection
Prepare internal/external reports including regulatory reports
Participate in various local/global projects including audit/risk assessments, new business, system enhancements and market rule/regulatory changes
