This position is for an operations analyst on the GBAM Operations Tax and Control Banking Outreach team. The Banking Outreach team is responsible for supporting all elements of the collection, validation and inquiry process of the FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance ACT) and CRS (Common Reporting Standards) tax regulations. This team works directly with Treasury clients and a number of global business partners including the tax operations teams in the US, APAC, EMEA, and Canada/LATAM as well as Corporate and Enterprise tax, Fulfilment, Service and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Refresh of expired tax forms
• Collection of tax forms for a change in circumstance
• Reporting validation (weekly, monthly, annually)
• Refund analysis and approval
• General inquiries
• Translation and dissemination of Global Tax communications
