Job Description:

The Client Sales and Service Officer (CSSO) has primary responsibility for supporting all client post sales activities, by monitoring and executing all tasks required to fulfill the client service plan and meet day-to-day inquiries from the client. The CSSO manages the execution of client service activities through the following activities:
•Support fulfillment of clients needs and expectations across all products and serve as a “triage” point for specialists and service centers
•Coordinate with specialists and service centers to deliver an integrated service to the client; identify problems and resolve them in an effective and timely manner
•Initiate and monitor account opening and asset transfer; handle client inquiries related to the onboarding process
•Interact with the client to complete necessary transactions (e.g., deposits, transfers, etc.) and account maintenance
•Oversee client transactions and/or co-signing for money and securities movement

Required skills:  
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience required with a financial institution focusing on client service and sales.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- MS Office experience (Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.)
- Strong understanding of and experience in banking, lending and investment products
- Ability to analyze client account activity to identify account growth opportunities.  
Desired skills:   
- Experience in the high net worth space preferable
