Director/VP- Global Capital Markets Cross-Product Specialist

Job Description:

  • Seeking an established mid-level candidate to join the GCM Innovation & Strategy team.  This horizontal team works within and across all GCM lines of business as well as with functional partners including Technology, QSG, DIG, Legal, and Compliance & Risk. The team is responsible for analyzing and promoting market structure developments and e- strategy, supporting product development, and creating relevant applications of deal and client data.  

  • Candidate will work collaboratively internally and externally to further key market structure initiatives, including:

    • Day-to-day oversight of productivity and connectivity initiatives

    • Enhancing automation of workflows

    • Coordination of GCM commercial initiatives and new vendor partnerships

    • Building tools for simplifying & streamlining business processes and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding ability and gravitas to manage and influence stakeholder relationships at all levels of the organization, with particular focus at the senior management level

  • Experience managing substantial technology programs, from inception to delivery

  • Strong communication skills in relation to people at all levels of the organization, excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to quickly flex and re-adjust under high pressure and challenging situations

  • Superior presentation skills to represent the business across internal and external platforms

  • Proven ability to exercise independent and proactive leadership

  • Outstanding analytical skills to identify business trends and to take a business–oriented approach

  • Enthusiasm to take on new and challenging tasks in dynamic environment

  • Previous experience in Banking or product specialist in any areas within Global Banking & Markets may be valuable
