Job Title: ETD Brokerage Payables Manager

Role Description:

  • The successful candidate will have the opportunity to play a key role supporting our Exchange Traded Derivatives Brokerage Process 
  • Understands and follows internal operations policies and procedures
  • Work in cooperation with stakeholders and senior management so that we manage and deliver on expectations
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight, quality control and governance of the Global Business Services ETD Payables team in India
  • Analysis of reconciliation related functions across the group 
  • The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that relationships with the trading desks, COO group and finance are maintained
  • The candidate will be expected to work with these partners to deliver on strategic change and ensure that the product is managed in a risk-controlled environment
  • Direct interaction with LOB stakeholders in support of the assessment process and business change requirements to create scalable solutions while being mindful of risk
  • Ensure that the most appropriate organisational structures, systems, procedures and controls are in place
  • Assesses personal and technical abilities of all the in-scope teams

Core Skills:

  • Highly motivated self-starter who has the initiative and drive to come into an area and learn quickly and progress and a good experience of time management
  • Ability to manage and resolve queries independently and able to demonstrate a logical approach to problem solving
  • Competent Excel skills and the ability to analyse and organise data in a presentable format for stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate clearly and precisely in both written and verbal context
  • Ability to partner with key stakeholders from Client Relationship Teams and Trading, Finance and the COO group
  • Flexible, enthusiastic, and hard-working
  • Accounts payable experience advantageous but not essential

Team:

This role is specific to our Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) Team that is part of our Fees and Billing organisation.

The successful candidate will work in the ETD Brokerage team and will be part of a team that comprises of global teammates in Ireland, the US and India.
