Role Description:
Support the International ESPE team with regulatory climate deliverables
Partner with Enterprise Stress Testing teams to ensure alignment across Enterprise and Legal Entities, ensuring local requirements are included within the Enterprise stress tests
Ensure compliance with all new climate regulatory requirements and guidance
Review and challenge both climate and existing stress testing results
Work with external teams to help them embed climate into their stress testing processes
The Team:
The ESPE International Stress Testing team is a small team of diverse individuals based in London and Dublin. We are seeking a Stress Testing Manager to join the Enterprise Scenario Planning and Execution (“ESPE”) organisation which is responsible for coordinating and executing capital scenario management activities for both internal exercises and regulatory submissions; and for submitting recovery and resolutions plans to the regulators. The team is responsible for ensuring capital resources are sufficient to support business activities even under adverse stress scenarios. Following the increased focus on climate the team is expanding to be able to meet regulatory demands.
Core Skills:
A sound knowledge of banking and investment markets and have proven risk management skills
Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills (proficient with all Microsoft Office)
Excellent presentation skills across all levels of seniority
Ability to take initiative to accomplish tasks individually and with teams across the institution
Ability to propose solutions to complex problems with limited direction and guidance
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt easily to a changing environment and expectations
