Officer, Production - Service Senior Analyst, APAC - Global Technology and Operations

Your background

• 4-6 yrs. Technology Operation experience, preferably in VMware support.

• A keen interest in Cloud technology with basic understanding of VM Ware, virtualization and infrastructure products.

• Ability to work on production devices diligently and responsibly.

• Proactive, dynamic, effective analytic and diagnostic skills.

• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, ability to be decisive and take action without causing an undue delay.

• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Demonstrates a commitment to learning and adjusts to changing demands and requirements.

• Familiar with Enterprise tools like Splunk, Remedy, Mattermost, Vcenter etc.

• Having VCTA or any VMware certification would be a big plus.

CTO Command Centres are accountable for the availability and performance of Bank of America’s global technology services. This business critical role sits inside Command Centre and is primarily supported by AMRS (Richmond) and APAC (Singapore) region in a 24x7x365 follow-the-sun model, on a flexible working pattern (including weekends and PH).

You would have the opportunities to work closely and collaborate with the global teams based out in AMRS, EMEA and APAC giving you the right platform to hone your technical proficiency and leadership attributes.

What you will do

• Actively investigate alerts related to potentially anomalous behaviour/activity in the Cloud infrastructure.

• Work closely with different infrastructure teams, primarily cloud operations, to resolve or lead an incident towards service restoral without causing an undue delay.

• Provide L1 support to the cloud team for Day 2 operation.

Able to work in 12hrs/day, weekday/weekend shift pattern computing to 40hrs per week.
