Principal Data Security Engineer

Come join an exciting team within Global Information Security (GIS). Cyber Security Technology (CST) is a globally distributed team responsible for cyber security innovation and architecture, engineering, solutions and capabilities development, cyber resiliency, access management engineering, data strategy, deployment maintenance, technical project management and information technology security control support.

This is a senior individual contributor role within Global Information Security's (GIS) Cybersecurity Technology (CST) organization.  Reporting to CST's Data Engineering & Analytics (DEA) Executive you'll be tasked with establishing and maintaining a strategic vision for delivering complex data products in the information security domain.
 
Key Responsibilities
•    Engaging stakeholders across GIS to understand their use cases and identify horizontal patterns.
•    Publishing and socializing a strategic vision for data and analytics.
•    Collaborating with peers in DEA to establish a pragmatic roadmap to realize the vision.
•    Engaging with partners across the Technology organization to integrate and contribute back to enterprise data strategy.
•    Assessing enterprise data platforms for fit and incorporating into the broader strategy.
•    Maintaining awareness of innovations in the data sector and identifying products to consider.
 
Requirements
•    Extensive experience designing data architectures for complex data use cases.
•    Experience designing, documenting, and presenting strategies to senior stakeholders.
•    Extensive experience with Data Management best practices.
•    Experience with a variety of data persistence implementations.  Examples include big data, relational, graph, and text search.
•    Strong communication and collaboration skills.

$122,200 - $193,800 annualized salary, offers to be negotiated based on experience, education and skill set.
