Your background

  • Bachelor degree best with major in Accounting.
  • 2 years and above experiences in Banking or Finance position.
  • Good motivation to learn and with flexibility to adapt to changes.
  • Could take independent responsibilities and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver the work.
  • Could work under pressure, well manage the time and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skill and open to exchange.
  • Good command of English in both written and oral.

What you will do

  • Perform regular reconciliation of bank internal / nostro accounts, and balance it with external accounts.
  • Monitor account exceptions from holdover account, suspense account, OD account, rate excess, Frontier report, aged entry, etc, take timely actions and make proper escalation to govern bank funding risk.
  • Prepare and post accounting entry for necessary funding movement.
  • Prepare and deliver internal and external regulatory reporting.
  • Own the role of system Secadm to set the system access and act as the independent reviewer for regular limit review.
  • Perform vault management for critical blank voucher custodian and facilitate critical chop stamping at branch level.
  • Generate E-statement and arrange the paper statement delivery to clients.
  • Central manage the OPS owned contracts inventory, perform regular contract review with relevant teams, outsourcing filing to regulator, vendor exit from end to end, as well as process stamp duty for subject activities.
  • Local facilitator to support the remote LOB without local presence, including the funding movement for GMO and Tax.
  • Support branch level governance and admin tasks, to coordinate cross functions initiatives, arrange vendor payment, business license / other license update, etc.
