Description

This position is available within the Global Banknotes Client Services team. We serve financial institutions globally with post transactional investigations.  In addition, support is given to our business partners and vaults globally.

Responsibilities

  • Professionally handle incoming inquiries from external clients with their foreign currency deals, including investigation with product discrepancies and wire payments.

  • Responsible for managing and supporting the day-to-day functions for an existing portfolio of Global Banknotes business.

  • Involvement with escalation of high-risk and non-standard issues and monthly reporting.

  • Proactively manage client and sales inquiries to improve and maintain strong relationships.

  • Strong understanding of transaction processing and analytics would be necessary for this role.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education

  • 2 to 3 years of experience working within Global Financial Services

  • Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish a must

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word and Excel)

  • Strong phone and presentational skills with a professional demeanor

  • Knowledge of basic accounting terms (general ledger, credits and debits)

  • Highly organized and initiative with good judgment

  • Attention to detail, ensuring timely resolution with minimal risk exposure

  • Adept at problem solving and the ability to deal with variety of tasks simultaneously and  efficiently

  • Effective customer-service with consultative approach to serving clients

  • Working hours Monday - Friday within 8 am – 8 pm

  • Working on statutory holidays is required
