Process Overview*

The Service Request process involves Performing backend maintenance related to retail banking process such as sending credit reference letters, address change, drafting documents for title maintenance, enrolling customers for Keep the Change, closing accounts, raising requests for stop pay, clearing delinquency on credit cards, fee reversals, overdraft protection, date of birth maintenance, reinstating promotional offers, cash/purchase bucket adjustments, raise requests for pin/plate/checks/welcome package.

Job Description*

The Associate is involved performing backend maintenance related to, retail banking process, such as Linking the account, sending credit reference letters, address change, drafting documents for title maintenance, enrolling customers for Keep the Change, closing accounts, raising requests for stop pay, clearing delinquency on credit cards, monetary adjustments for extra credits, fee reversals, overdraft protection, date of birth maintenance, photocopy items, reinstating promotional offers, cash/purchase bucket adjustments, raise requests for pin/plate/checks/welcome package.

  • Closure of requests within stipulated timelines
