This role will support hiring, on-boarding and reporting of new or replacement resources for the Payments & Merchant Technology organization, within Client Facing Platforms Technology.
Job Responsibilities will include:
•-Daily reporting to managers on outstanding requisitions
•-Hosting meetings several times per week with resource managers to better understand hiring status, # interviews, roadblocks, etc.
•-Weekly reporting to senior leadership on requisition pipeline and status (show reqs by "age" and assign appropriate color status (R/Y/G)
•-Assist with resource on-boarding activities (ordering equipment, granting building and/or application access, new hire on-boarding documentation/materials, etc.)
•-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional
•-2+ years managing resource strategy / headcount forecasting / resource on-boarding
•-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•-Proficiency in senior management reporting (building decks and Excel docs)
•-Strong MS Office skills
•-Prior experience in Business Support role
