The Hedge Fund sales team is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Associate/Vice President to join their well-established team in covering some of the most sophisticated clients in the industry. The seat offers the opportunity to work with colleagues and products that span the globe, and the chance to take ownership of some high profile clients in the industry. Salespeople will engage with client who run both macro and relative value strategies.
- To be responsible for the delivery of product solutions to a wide universe of clients in the institutional and corporate space.
- Responsible for marketing the bank’s services to new and existing clients
- To ensure penetration increase of the business with the bank’s existing clients
- Provide advice and opinion to clients with appropriate strategies
- Price and execute transactions with approved clients
- Ensure all audit, legal and regulatory requirements (AML, KYC) are adhered to, including compliance with all limits
- Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills are required
- Meticulous attention to detail, diligence and conscientiousness
- Capable of working effectively both independently and with multiple teams/individuals
- Experienced in the product area, although learning opportunities are also readily available
- Confident with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good systems knowledge (Bloomberg, Excel etc)
