Global Banking and Markets Technology provides end-to-end technology solutions for Global Markets businesses including Equities, Prime Brokerage, Interest Rates, Currencies, Commodities, Derivatives and Structured Products. Across all these products, solutions include architecture, design, development, change management, implementation and support using various enterprise technologies. In addition, GMT&O provides Sales, Electronic Trading, Trade Work Flow, Pricing, and Market Risk, Middle office, Collateral Management, Credit Risk, Post-trade confirmation, Settlement and Client service processes for Trading, Capital Markets, and Wealth Management businesses.
GFF QA team operates across globally and responsible for both functional and automation testing of business features related to trading of Short End Swaps, Short End Rates, Repos and Short End Fixed Income financial products. The team operates in an agile environment.
The Bank is driving an ambitious, multi-year initiative aimed at providing consistent view of Risk, Trade lifecycle workflows for trading and to respond more effectively to the changing regulatory landscape. At the heart of this transformation is the Quartz Core Platform, which provides a development framework used by other developers within the bank.
Some of the key components of the Quartz Core Platform include: a globally distributed, object based database (developed in-house); a graph (DAG) based framework to manage object dependencies; a bi-temporal deal model for all financial instruments; a high performance computational grid and a Python based GUI framework.
This team operates in the Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities area of Global Banking and Markets Technology and works on a suite of Applications for Front Office Trading desks in London, Americas and Asia Pac regions. The successful candidate will join the India development team reporting to the local development manager. They will be primarily responsible for designing and building enterprise level applications. Additional responsibilities may include enhancements to existing applications.
