Process Overview

The CSWT team leads the development of the next generation of integrated technology solutions for the company’s consumer and wealth management client-facing channels. Manages the Bank’s award-winning websites and e-Commerce initiatives. Responsible for the technology that drives key client-facing platforms and channels across Retail, Preferred, and GWIM including our Digital, Online, Mobile, Contact Center and Voice, Payments and Commerce, Fraud, Financial Center and Architecture Technologies.

The CTO team is responsible for all Retail, Preferred and Global Wealth & Investment Management (GWIM) business aligned infrastructure and end-to-end production services. This includes direct responsibility for production support, problem and incident management, operational change, as well as service and program delivery. Also supporting vertical functions (Release, Deployment & Environment Management, Application Integration & Engineering, Application Integration & Engineering, Performance & Capacity Management, and Operational Excellence) to deepen concentration stability and innovation.

Job Description

With over 16K+ Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) in the US, Bank of America (BAC) has the largest ATM network in US. ATM Production support make sure all ATMs are available 24/7 and associated applications have highest availability to meet our external and internal costumer’s requirement.

Team complements with domestic team support from Global Business Services, India. ATM Prod Support provides technical and operational support to ATM and POS channels.

Responsibilities

  • Participate/host calls independently
  • Participate in all routine production support activities 
  • Should be able to understand the problem
  • Host and Support change and Incident Bridge
  • Join reconvene bridges as per schedule
  • Ready to work in rotating shifts including weekend
  • Ready to work on Statutory/Other declared holidays

Requirements

Education: B.E. / B. Tech/M.E. /M. Tech/B.Sc./M.Sc./BCA/MCA (prefer IT/CS specialization)

Certifications, If Any: Not Mandatory

Experience Range: 2 – 4 years

Mandatory skills:

  • Experience in Core Java, SQL, ITIL, Unix
  • Experience in triaging high impact production issues
  • Tracking, Monitoring and Status Reporting of production issues
  • Ability to understand and follow the incident and problem management process
  • Basic knowledge on Unix environment
  • Advance knowledge in Excel
  • Communication skills
