Enterprise Technology Infrastructure (Enterprise TI) provides end-to-end technology solutions for Enterprise TI applications including Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), COREIT, Corporate Audit and GT&O Business Technology, Corporate Treasury, Enterprise Credit Risk, Finance Technology, GIS Cyber Security Technology, Global Human Resources, Global Markets Risk, Global Risk Analytics, GRT, Internal, Legal, Model Risk, Platforms and Tools.
Enterprise TI is engaged in over 800+ applications and across the complete spectrum of Application Development and Production Support. GBAMT’s type of work and services include architecture, design, development, change management, implementation and support using a wide range of technologies. Enterprise TI India team provides extensive support & deployment of these applications by adapting the ITIL processes.
The Production Support Engineer is responsible for ensuring availability and reliability of assigned production applications within a line of business (LOBs) supported by ECTO APS. To perform this function, he / she will perform daily tasks assigned by the Production Support Lead.
Education: B.E. / B. Tech/M.E. /M. Tech/B.Sc./M.Sc./BCA/MCA (prefer IT/CS specialization)
Certifications, If Any: Not Mandatory
Experience Range: 4 - 6 years
Work Timings: Rotational Shift (07:30 a.m. to 04:30 p.m. / 11:30 a.m. to 08:30 p.m.)
