Process Automation Team is responsible for analyzing, handling and driving all Efficiency & Automation initiatives in close partnership with Ops & Automation Leads. The team closely works with Operation Leads & Technology teams (locally as well as globally) & acts as a bridge between the two to drive various initiatives to streamline the mainstream Ops. The team is required to have in-depth understanding of the flows and understand the business & tech limitations to drive initiatives to successful completion. The team is also responsible for driving and implementing automation initiatives & contribute to linked processes like SCTO having a touch point across COS.
This is an IC role. The candidate will be working on different Initiatives driving opportunities across Business Streams either via Automations (WorkFusion/ UI Path/ Pega) or via application enhancements to help streamline BAU Ops processes and drive efficiencies in the team. The candidate will be expected to have a good grasp on business needs and domain knowledge in Trade Life Cycle, Reference data Operations & various products. The candidate should able to think out of the box to help identify automation & efficiency opportunities for various business streams.
The incumbent will be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team whose mandate will be to deliver industry leading Front-to-Back process and technology solutions. Acting as a change agent, he/she will manage a variety of value-driven initiatives at every phase of the project life-cycle. Use his/her knowledge of processes and best practices within technology (application integration / application development), Operations, Project management to assist in identification, assessment and resolution of complex issues/problems. As a member in the group, he/she will support Global and strategic initiatives and be accountable for driving change and executing successful implementations.
