FICC Sales has created a Cross-Product sales group to cover a large population of small and medium sized institutional clients utilizing a team approach. Seeking candidates with an entrepreneurial mind-set, and the intellectual curiosity to build a Cross-Asset skill-set. This team will be product agnostic. Wherever possible, OneTouch will encourage/push clients into Electronic Channels; that said, we anticipate a large amount of phone and chat initiated trade requests. The team will support products across all FICC Asset Classes: Rates, Credit, Emerging Markets, Municipals and Mortgages. This desk will also be a Joint-Venture with Equities The clients we are covering are expected to primarily trade vanilla products; however there will be structured product trades as well. Over time, each OneTouch salesperson is expected to cover all products; with that, it is crucial that team members have a mix of product expertise to ensure we can cover all products while the team builds its Multi-Product DNA.
