We’re committed to connecting our nation’s military to the training, education and resources that put them on the path to financial stability. We employ thousands of veterans and military spouses. Building on that, since 2014 we have hired more than 10,000 service members and we recently made a commitment to hire an additional 10,000 over five years. We also finance and partner with organizations that foster successful civilian transition.

Community colleges are equipping millions of students across the U.S. with job-ready skills and pathways to meaningful careers.
As part of our skills-first hiring approach, we’ve made a five-year commitment to hire 8,000 people from community colleges across the U.S.
Welcoming campus talent
We welcomed nearly 4,000 summer interns and full-time campus recruits in 2026, reflecting our continued, deliberate approach to recruiting high performing talent from more than 500 colleges and universities to support clients and drive long-term growth.
Expanding access to opportunity
We’re planning to hire 1,000 apprentices over two years, in addition to the 800 we already hire annually.
These paid, work-based learning programs combine on-the-job experience with training and development, with potential to be promoted into non-apprentice roles.
