GPS Campus Programs are designed to put analysts on track to build successful careers within GPS, helping students and recent graduates develop business acumen, gain industry-specific experience and establish a network of peers across the bank. The programs provide participants with an extensive support network to ensure consistent feedback, overcome challenges and discover opportunities for growth.
Our 10-week GPS Summer Internship Program provides participants with opportunities to explore roles within GPS and learn where their career interests lie. Extensive orientation is provided along with support and training by assigned junior and senior mentors, intern managers and program managers. Interns gain exposure to senior leadership and day-to-day analyst-level work. Successful completion of the program can result in an offer of a full-time position.
Our 18-month GPS Campus Program emphasizes on-the-job training augmented by classroom instruction focused on technical, analytical and professional skills.
