The Global Technology division manages the critical systems and platforms that form the backbone of the company's retail, commercial and institutional businesses, as well as its key support functions around the world.

We develop and deploy leading-edge technology in areas such as mobile and online banking, payments processing, technology infrastructure, cyber-security, risk and capital management and enterprise data management. Our mainframe environment is the third largest in the world.

Global Technology teams remain on the cutting edge of innovative learning through our focus on immersive technology. We were the first financial institution to offer a comprehensive set of tools leveraging technology like virtual reality, artificial intelligence and practice simulations within our financial centers. As a member of our team, you’ll use leading technology solutions and integrated platforms to ensure that our customers and clients can effectively manage their finances and bank with us anytime, anywhere.

Our Global Technology Analyst Programs provide you with a unique experience based on your interests, development opportunities and current business needs. Analyst positions support teams that work on the latest technology and emerging technical trends. Roles in the programs include Software Engineer, Data Management, Business Analyst, Mainframe Analyst and Cybersecurity Analyst.

Participants in the program are supported by our dedicated campus program teams who provide:

  • Peer and mentor relationships with ongoing coaching and development feedback

  • Connections with senior leaders through educational speaker events

  • Opportunities to develop networking skills through connections and engagement events

Candidates for our Global Technology programs should possess:

  • Fundamental knowledge and understanding of programming languages, data visualization tools, application frameworks, distributed systems and databases

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, including various work assignments and changing priorities

  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to influence both vertically and horizontally

  • Assertiveness, initiative, leadership, strong work ethic and a team attitude

  • Distinguished written and oral communications skills
