Global Corporate & Investment Banking (GCIB) teams provide corporate clients, financial institutions and government agencies with solutions across the entire capital structure. Clients around the world, and across all major industries, benefit from our solutions for treasury services, lending, leasing, advisory, and debt and equity underwriting. We service our clients through four primary teams:
- The Global Investment Banking group serves the complex needs of a wide range of clients from emerging growth and middle market U.S. regional companies to the largest global corporations. The team helps clients realize their strategic objectives through services that include financial modeling and analysis, financing solutions including stock and debt issuance, mergers and acquisitions and more.
- The Global Capital Markets team helps companies and institutions access the debt and equity markets to raise capital to fund their business needs. The team specializes in advisory services as well as structuring and executing financing through a broad range of sophisticated equity and debt solutions.
- Global Corporate Banking delivers credit, financing, cash management, payments and risk management solutions to more than 2,000 multi-national corporations with more than $2 billion in sales. We offer clients 22 different product offerings — our largest being loans, global transaction solutions and debt capital markets.
- The Sustainable Banking Solutions Group provides sustainability expertise for sustainability issues affecting our clients' funding needs, valuation and strategic decisions. As an integrated and innovative strategic advisor, the team offers a full spectrum of solutions and maintains seamless coordination with our investment banking, corporate banking and capital markets partners.
New Analysts and Associates in GCIB participate in a unique analyst development program designed to offer broad exposure to the full breadth of products and services. Your training and development are our top priority, with extensive formal training offered at the start of the program in addition to on-the-job support from business members who are leaders in the industry. Responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining complex financial models
- Performing various financial analyses
- Conducting comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research
- Preparation of presentation and other materials for both internal and external clients
- Participation in due diligence sessions, communications and interaction of team members
