Enterprise Credit provides credit underwriting, structuring and monitoring for Bank of America. The team also includes support functions that manage business controls and processes as well as develop technology strategies and data management routines.

• Our Consumer Credit teams help people achieve their dreams of homeownership or buying a car.


• Our Commercial Credit teams help businesses grow through every stage of the business lifecycle, connecting them with the products they need and providing access to capital markets. They support Bank of America teams in Business Banking, Global Commercial Banking, Global Corporate and Investment Banking and Global Markets with working capital needs, asset-based lending and multiple other credit needs to support treasury and traded products, mergers and acquisitions, major purchases and more.


• We also provide an array of solutions for our Private Bank clients, helping them meet their goals and leverage their portfolios to the best advantage.

Candidates for Enterprise Credit teams should be intellectually curious and possess a strong desire to learn and grow. Attention to detail and the ability to follow process requirements are qualities we look for, as well as an understanding of the important role that credit plays in banking and finance. A strong foundation in accounting is preferred.
