Corporate Audit

Corporate Audit is responsible for providing independent assessment of business activities and key processes and controls throughout Bank of America.

Our teams help ensure that the Bank continues to grow responsibly by:

  • Assessing whether controlling processes are adequately designed and functioning effectively to mitigate potential risks

  • Providing risk-based advice and counsel to management to help develop and maintain an appropriate customer-focused risk management culture

  • Maintaining independence and objectivity by reporting to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors

Corporate Audit Analysts have the opportunity to work closely with each line of business. You’ll learn business processes, perform risk assessments and test to evaluate related controls. Additionally, you’ll work with audit teams to build subject matter expertise to support a proactive and continuous audit approach.
