Job Description & Program Overview
Our Global Corporate & Investment Banking (GCIB) business focuses on building long-term relationships with large US and multinational corporations, financial institutions and financial sponsors. GCIB provides strong advisory expertise, capitalizing on powerful mergers and acquisitions, corporate banking, treasury, debt and equity product expertise to deliver integrated financial solutions.
The Regulatory Strategy and Implementation team is aligned to Global Corporate & Investment Banking (GCIB) Chief of Staff, focusing on risk governance, data and process management, regulatory and strategic initiatives across a variety of businesses including Investment Banking, Corporate Banking and Global Capital Markets. Our specialized team is dedicated to understanding the unique complexity of each of our businesses and ensuring the business operates efficiently to meet our strategic goals. In addition to oversight of global regulatory developments, such as data privacy and protection, governance and sanctions, we drive strategic infrastructure initiatives to ensure GCIB is adhering to all laws, rules and regulations. Your role during the internship will provide you with a valuable analytical-based work experience focused on the strategy and risk management that will give you true insight into delivering holistic solutions across corporate and investment banking, and a strong platform to launch your career.
The Summer Analyst program is designed to offer you broad and exciting exposure to the full breadth of products and services we offer to our clients and prospects. Your training and development are our top priority, with extensive formal training offered at the start of the program, in addition to on-the-job support from business members that are leaders in their industry, educational speaker events and mentorship opportunities.
