Job Description:
This job is responsible for moderately complex activities supporting the assignment, sourcing, gathering, furnishing and movement of financial and client information and data. Key responsibilities include fund setup, client identification data, pricing, and cost basis reporting. A Job expectations include providing quality service and effective operations support for internal business partners and external clients.

LOB Job Description:

Wealth Management Operations (WMO) provides end-to-end operational support that drives the client experience for Wealth Management advisory partners and their clients.  
Within WMO, Investment Information Management teams execute manual processes and monitor automated processes to accurately receive and manage investment information such as updating prices and dividends, monitoring investment performance accuracy, and validating client data. Performance accuracy measures the automatic generated rates of return on client accounts to ensure the return accurately represents how the client's holdings have performed.

Job Description

As part of Wealth Management Operations (WMO), Investment Information Management Organization, this position is an Information Management Analyst within Merrill Private Wealth Performance Operations team. The Information Management Analyst is responsible for assisting with client onboarding into the Merrill Private Wealth performance platform, reviewing performance data and returns within the performance platform, and providing support to Private Wealth Advisor’s and their Team’s. 

Required Skills:
