Job Description:
This job is responsible for managing credit activities to support underwriting of commercial credit clients (e.g., financial spreading, risk rating scorecard, covenant tests). Key responsibilities include analyzing ongoing credit and escalating to the credit team as appropriate.

The Enterprise Credit Subsidiary Lending Group (EC SLG) is a globally distributed team responsible for the independent credit administration of local subsidiaries of multinational clients. Operating across 12 countries and 3 regions, EC SLG plays a critical role in supporting the Global Subsidiary Banking (GSB) business by ensuring local credit processes are executed with precision and in alignment with jurisdictional requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes financial statements and summarizes existing client's performance via periodic risk profile reviews
  • Partners with credit and client teams both within Centralized and Regional Credit Lines of Business
  • Manages risk through accurate financial spreading, risk rating, and covenant test calculations
  • Expands expertise by reviewing policy and procedure thoroughly and actively participating in continuing education sessions
  • Collaborates with peers to manage optimal workflow
  • Identifies and escalates process breakdowns
  • Independently administer a portfolio of subsidiary clients, facilitating credit solutions tailored to their needs
  • Prepare, review, and coordinate loan agreements and uncommitted facility letters
  • Oversee all monitoring and maintenance activities for assigned accounts, ensuring compliance and performance
  • Serve as a direct liaison with internal teams (including subsidiary banking) and external clients
  • Drive credit transactions to completion efficiently and within required timelines
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness across all key systems and documentation
  • Complete Trade Operations Datasheets and MOFs; manage auto-extension of Letters of Credit
  • Strategic contributor to the growth of the Enterprise Credit Subsidiary Lending business

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 + yrs loan closing experience or portfolio management & loan servicing experience within corporate banking

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and/or track record of relevant experience
  • Proven background in Credit or Operations, with knowledge of Corporate Banking products and services
  • Experience interpreting loan agreements and related financial documentation

Massachusetts pay and benefits information

Massachusetts pay range:

$31.73 - $37.02 hourly pay, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible
