Job Description:
This job is responsible for managing cross-functional and/or inter-departmental projects for Line of Business products, processes, functions, and employee readiness. Key responsibilities of the job include partnering with the business to develop a plan to sustain change, evaluating current methods, and developing strategies to implement changes and project improvements. Job expectations include overseeing projects, using appropriate tools to drive project completion, and serving as a secondary point of contact to department managers for critical change initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the execution of defined project tasks through tracking of deliverables and their statuses, developing project plans, and measuring progress against ongoing key performance indicators

  • Leads project and/or remediation requirement documentation efforts based on identified gaps and controls needed for sustained performance

  • Plans and organizes projects using appropriate tools and techniques, including Technology platforms used by client facing employees, change management tools, and risk and issue management tools to ensure efficient and effective project completion

  • Navigates across various Lines of Business and partner organizations, including Technology and Risk, leading them to negotiate decision making for efficient and effective resolution

  • Supports the adoption and sustainment of change initiatives and helps assess adoption risks

  •  Develops, maintains, and reports on an overall integrated delivery plan, raising any risks, developing a mitigation plan, and escalating issues appropriately to respective stakeholders

Scenario and Enterprise Risk Analytics (SERA) is a sub-team of Global Risk Analytics. SERA provides decision support services to enable our banking and markets, wealth management, capital management and credit risk business partners to manage risk well. To accomplish this, we build, develop, and maintain models for scenario dependent risk measurement.  Additionally, we produce and administer forecasts supporting allowance and stress-testing both domestically and internationally. SERA also provides advanced portfolio and ad hoc business intelligence and analytics to our business partners. 


This role will Support the SERA governance and controls functions by ensuring compliance with Enterprise and GRA policy, procedures and standards and providing expertise in operational risk management, portfolio project management, and governance business strategy. Collaborate with business partners across various Enterprise groups, including GRA MSO, GRA Strategy, HR, PMO, Finance, Vendor Management and Compliance and Audit functions

  • Support SERA Data Controls and SOX implementation

  • Support various SIAI resolution efforts

  • Help develop and automate key governance report and analysis 

  • Support model development governance routines

  • Support efforts to align operational controls to existing processes

  • Provide on-going management of operational controls 

  • Proactively solve challenges with process design deficiencies, implementation and remediation efforts 

  • Support the quarterly attestation efforts in partnership with control owners, internal audit, external consultants and external auditors 

  • Support SERA data management, Permit to Send / Receive and compliance with coding standards efforts

  • Support Spreadsheet and Critical Use Spreadsheet Enterprise Policy compliance 

  • Manage the Enterprise Data Incident Management across SERA
