Global Business Services delivers Technology and Operations capabilities to Lines of Business and Staff Support Functions of Bank of America through a centrally managed, globally integrated delivery model and globally resilient operations.

In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services.

Process Overview*

Data Digital and Global Marketing provides technology solutions for Retail, Preferred & Small Business lines of business through Reference Data Systems, Analytics & Business Intel, offer management, Client & Account Data, Customer Data Management platforms and processes. The job involves executing marketing campaigns for various consumer products. The technologies used in this process are SAS, SQL, Teradata, Hadoop and, Unix as file Landing environment.

Job Description*. 

• Test, validate, and support the development, retraining, and maintenance of AI and machine learning models to ensure robust performance.
• Ensure all models meet the Bank’s model governance and regulatory standards through comprehensive QA processes.
• Verify data integrity and accuracy when using Oracle SQL for model input, validation, and analysis.
• Assess and test advanced algorithms, including recommender systems, NLP, and clustering, for correctness and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, data-driven solutions.
• Stay current with the latest QA practices in applied AI and machine learning.
• Continuously improve QA methodologies and technical skills through ongoing learning.

Responsibilities*

Requirements

Education*

• Any Graduation / Any Post Graduation

Experience Range*

• 8 to 10 years

Foundational skills*

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong programming skills in Automation testing, Selenium & Java
• Solid understanding of AI and machine learning algorithms (recommender systems, NLP, clustering).
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• Up-to-date knowledge of applied AI advancements.

Desired skills*

• Experience in the banking or financial services sector.
• Familiarity with model governance frameworks.
• Experience working in a regulated environment.

Work Timings*: 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM
