Position Summary

This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program. Key responsibilities include communicating the work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables. This role ensures execution and delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost. They facilitate sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery of CCAR process for Trading[FR Y-14Q F] & Counterparty [FR Y-14Q L] Stress test reporting processes
  • for (weekly MRA , & FRB quarterly & annual requirements)
  • Plan and coordinate task delivery and dependencies across multiple teams. (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls).
  • Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables. (e.g., production jobs monitoring and issue creation and triage)
  • Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and SLA timelines.
  • Gather/facilitate status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and GRM and Technology leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.
  • Ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor / stakeholders. (Risk managers)
  • Support resource planning for delivery/execution.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in a Delivery Lead role
  • Awareness of Solution Design, Test Engineering, DevOps and Release Automation, Data Management
  • Proficiency in Governance & Stakeholder Management, Risk Management, Financials & Resource Management, Planning Execution & Process, Solution Delivery Process, Business Products & Strategy and Experience Design

New York pay and benefits information

New York pay range:

$78,200.00 - $157,500.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
