The Administrative Assistant III plays a critical role in supporting senior leaders and their teams by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This position requires a proactive and highly organized individual who can manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, prepare reports and presentations, and handle confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison across departments, fostering collaboration and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions. This job is responsible for providing diverse and confidential administrative support, including extensive calendar management.
