Job Description:
This job is responsible for enabling teams, up to an entire Agile Release Train, to learn, implement, and mature Lean Agile principles and practices. Key responsibilities include guiding and supporting the transformation to Lean Agile, educating leaders on the mindset, and empowering teams to become self managing to fulfill their cross functional potential and have an attitude of relentless improvement. Job expectations may include training and coaching teams and leading roles on agile and modern engineering practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for enabling teams, up to an entire Agile Release Train, to learn, implement, and mature Lean-Agile principles and practices. 

  • Provides feedback to management regarding the progress of agile adoption within their teams

  • Helps to identify and resolve organizational impediments that impact team maturity and performance

  • Facilitates discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution within and across teams

  • Leads roles and teams to embrace a Lean Agile and learning mindset

  • Provides guidance on creating and managing an intake process, healthy backlog, and facilitating valuable agile ceremonies

  • Performs hands on training and coaching to all teams in all aspects of Lean Agile

  • Helps align teams to enterprise agile standards and practices, coaches team members through change, assists with forming and sustaining Agile Communities of Practice (COP), and participates in the Agile Center of Excellence

Required Qualifications:

  • Trains and coaches teams on Agile and modern engineering practices. Empowers teams to become self-managing, fulfill their cross-functional potential, and have an attitude of relentless improvement.

  • Guides and supports the transformation to Lean-Agile, education leaders on the mindset. 

  • Performs hands-on training/coaching to teams in all aspects of Lean-Agile.

  • Coaches lead roles and teams to embrace a Lean-Agile and learning mindset.

  • Provides guidance about how to create and manage and intake process, healthy backlog, and how to facilitate valuable Agile ceremonies.

  • Helps align teams to Enterprise Agile standards and practices, and coaches team members through change.
