Job Description:
This job is responsible for handling complex files and effectively preventing client escalations. Key responsibilities include performing various production and support functions, accurately entering data and assembling documents. Job expectations include monitoring and reviewing documentation against requirements, and leveraging reporting to perform job functions with strong understanding of metrics across multiple workstreams and systems.
Responsibilities:• Addresses issues in production proactively and handles complex client escalations
• Prioritizes and organizes work to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity
• Performs complex research to remediate issues
• Executes on policies and procedures in connection with firm policies and guidelines regarding document management
• Thinks critically and suggests process improvement recommendations
• Acts as a subject matter expert or first point of contact for other employees

Primary responsibility is to work a pipeline of assigned collateral that will require interpretation of FEMA Flood zone data the Ideal candidate will be dedicated to getting the job done accurately and efficiently and accept responsibility for fulfilling commitments. Setting high personal work standards and managing daily activities to meet deadlines is paramount to daily job functions. Candidate will demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in all areas of responsibility and ensure strong collaboration with business partners to ensure that we deliver timely for our customers and clients.
