Process Overview*

Consumer Servicing & Operations Technology team provides and delivers technology solutions to support the Consumer Operations and Home Loans lines of business. The team’s goal is to drive the optimal technology tools and platforms that enable associates to deliver on the customer experience and contribute to the long-term, profitable growth.  The team delivers technology through robust and scalable applications developed on various platforms.

Job Description*

Senior Pega developer, responsible for creating in designs and implementation of enterprise class, high performing and highly integrated pega based solutions that is scalable, built for rapid change and meets functional and non-functional requirements. Should be capable of mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities*

Senior Pega developer with proven experience in developing and supporting high volume transactional n-tier enterprise components/applications. He/She will be working closely with both onsite and offshore team in an Agile environment, developing components/solutions to our highly complex Pega applications.

Requirements*

Education*

• Graduation/Post graduation  - B.E./ B Tech / M.E./M Tech/MCA/ M.Sc. (Computer Science, IT, S/W, Mathematics, Electronics, Physics, Statistics)
• Certifications :     Pega CSSA certified developer

Experience Range*

9+ years

Foundational skills*

• Pega / PegaRules Process Commander PRPC
• Pega UI Design
• Jira
• Experience in XML & JavaScript, Core Java, RDBMS experience using Oracle PL/SQL or MS SQL
• OOPs concepts and implementation, experience in Service oriented architecture with web services 
• Strong in PEGA concepts and implementation experience with PEGA connectors, performance tuning, decision trees, listeners , UI design, Integration, Security Model etc. 

Desired skills

• Pega CSSA certified developer with 9+ years of experience in building Enterprise grade applications.
• Developer must be capable of understanding business requirements, working with Business/Technology leaders, Enterprise Architects and End Users to develop a technical solution.
• Experience in case design, data model design, user experience design, security, background processing, performance, testing and deployment
