The Team:

The PMO team is a 4-person team that woks collaboratively to coordinate governance activities for the program.  As the program is a cross CFO program, there will be exposure to representatives from Change, Technology, Treasury, GFC, and CFO DM.

Role Description:

This role is for a Sr Project Manager that will focus primarily on the Financial Regulatory Reporting (FRR) Automation Program. The FRR Automation Sr Project Consultant will be responsible to support and coach a large-scale, multi-year, and highly elaborate change capability that spans front-to-back across Lines of Businesses (LOBs) and CFO, including Global Regulatory Reporting, Treasury, and Data Management teams.  The role requires a highly experienced project manager that will work as part of a PMO.  In this capacity the applicant will help to coach the program change efforts.

The program is of significant size and importance at the enterprise level. The program’s core purpose is to reduce operational risk through strategic data sourcing, data adoption, and report automation of high-risk regulatory reports.

The overall program investment for 2025 is approximately $100m.

While the focus of this project manager is on the FRR Automation program, this applicant may also need to support other CFO related projects.

This role will report directly to the FRR Automation Program Executive.

Responsibilities:

As a member of a PMO, the individual will be responsible for management of key activities for the program including.

  • Coordination of annual program capability planning

  • Program status reporting routines; primarily Monthly Operational Steering Council and Executive Steering Council routines

  • Coordination and quality assurance/review of Project Change Controls

  • Risk and Issue Management/Tracking/Reporting

  • Program Deliverables, Milestones, and program benefits tracking

  • Preparation of materials, minutes, and coordination of governance for Operational Steering Council & Executive Steering Council

  • Coordination and preparation of executive presentations; scheduled and ad-hoc.

As Project Manager

  • Coach cross-functional teams and is responsible for overall project delivery, business oversight, and business validation.

  • Advises business to define project scope, solutions and impacts across multiple business lines, applications and/or reports.

  • Monitors end-to-end testing results, and operational readiness activities.

  • Executes change in accordance with BAC Enterprise Change Management policies and procedures.
