Position Summary:

Engineer is expected to respond to policy requests and incidents for the CrowdStrike client and Trellix applications. In addition, this individual will have to coordinate with multiple groups within the bank and follow bank-approved processes for policy approvals, change management and problem management. As a part of these responsibilities the engineer is expected to use diagnostic and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and solve for application incompatibilities and system resource management issues as well.

Required Qualifications:

1) A good working knowledge of the CrowdStrike application and administration console

2) A good working knowledge of the Trellix ePO application and administration console with a specialization in one or more of the following areas:

 - ePO administration / Trellix Agent

 - ENS Threat Prevention

 - ENS Exploit Prevention (especially skills around custom rule creations)

 - ENS Firewall

- ENS on MACS

 - DLP

3) A strong knowledge of the Windows operating system

4) Strong scripting skills (Powershell)

5) Exposure to and understanding of Change Management applications and processes

6) Ability to document findings, configurations and processes

7) Soft skills to include

 - Self starter

 - Ability to work between teams and direct those teams towards consensus

8) Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; know your audience for the particular circumstance
