Job Description:
Manages diverse administrative functions usually for a very large, complex department or business unit. Functions managed may include: financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, or communication. May consult with senior management to define and manage projects that encompass and impact many associates. Requires a thorough knowledge of the department or business unit's functional area or products. Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices. May have full management responsibility over a team or may manage one level of managers.
Responsibilities:
- Tactical Execution and Automation Support: Provide hands-on support for multiple project workstreams, focusing on tactical automation solutions for day-to-day operations within Treasury
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with business managers, associates and Treasury team members to understand complex processes, identify opportunities, build out sustainable automated solutions
- Adaptability and Ambiguity Management: Demonstrate comfort navigating ambiguous situations, shifting between various tasks and priorities seamlessly, and creating order from complexity
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent workstreams with varying timelines and priorities. Adaptability to pivot as business priorities shift.
Required Qualifications:
- Automation Background: Leveraging emerging technology tools to build efficiencies and reduce operational risk in every day processes
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is essential, as these tools are regularly used for presentations and data analysis.
- Technology Adoption & Agility: Enthusiastic about exploring and applying new technologies. Demonstrates a proactive approach to integrating emerging tools and supports others in doing the same.
- Data Visualization & Storytelling: Skilled in creating clear, compelling visualizations using tools such as Tableau and Alteryx. Able to translate complex data into actionable insights and executive-ready presentations.
- Meticulous Attention to Detail: A strong focus on detail is essential, particularly in preparing polished, error-free materials for executive presentations
Desired Qualifications:
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, adaptability, collaboration, and the ability to influence without formal authority and ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in data visualization and automation tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, Workiva)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
