This position requires an individual who is production and quality focused and who can work in a high volume, fast-paced production environment. Position requires a candidate that can both perform repetitive administrative functions related to the imaging/scanning process but also act as a Subject Matter Expert when required. The individual must be reliable, motivated, able to train across multiple workstreams, and a team player with exceptional work habits.

The DIIVO Team is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our Indexing team as a Production Specialist III. This job is responsible for handling the most complex files and effectively preventing and remediating client escalations. Key responsibilities include assisting with client and employee escalations and related issues, performing various production and support functions, analyzing reporting and accurately entering data and assembling documents. Job expectations include monitoring and reviewing documentation against requirements, leveraging reporting to perform job functions, and performing work across multiple workstreams and systems.
Responsibilities:
Addresses issues in production proactively and handles complex client escalations
Prioritizes and organizes work to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity
Performs complex research to remediate issues
Executes on policies and procedures in connection with firm policies and guidelines regarding document management
Thinks critically and suggests process improvement recommendations
Acts as a subject matter expert or first point of contact for other employees
May perform system testing
Auditing completed work according to established FLU procedures
Monitors and reviews documentation requirements to ensure current and up to date guidelines are followed
Navigating multiple applications for work assignments, error logging, etc.

Required Qualifications:
•2 years in operations or production environment
Desired Qualifications:
•Experience with Captiva, DMP, Instabase, SharePoint applications
•Ability to leverage data and reporting to manage inventory and service level agreements
•Experience with auditing files and/or quality assurance/control
Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
