Process Overview*

CREDIT AND DEBIT EXCEPTION is a backend claims process which deals with rejected transactions of VISA & Master card. Transaction status and outstanding GLs are identified by the associate and disputes will be processed accordingly.

Job Description*

Individual will be a contributing member of the Global Payments Team. He/ she will contribute productivity & accuracy of the team and ensure the transactions are processed and complete in time. He/ she would be responsible for processing claims pertaining to Credit and Debit Card incomplete transactions.


Individual contributor who possesses knowledge or skills gained through experience and training. Responsibilities may include operational, service, administrative, technical support, basic level reporting, call center support and reviewing/processing transactions in Operations or Support. Possesses communication, problem solving and general PC skills. Has the responsibility to ensure quality service and effective support for the assigned functions, internal and/or external business partners and customers by following established procedures. Receives general guidance and direction. Incumbents would be Graduates / Post Graduates with 12 - 30 months of work experience.

Responsibilities*

> Respond to customer requests in a timely manner by processing claims.

> Investigating and determine the best course of action for the claim.

> Should have basic understanding of the internal policies, procedures, Visa and Master Card guidelines.

> Ability to follow logical, analytical approach to researching and problem solving.

Requirements*

Education*                       Graduate in any stream, B. Com preferred.

Experience Range*         1-4 Years

Foundational skills*     

> Exp in Cash / Payment Operations

> Swift and Payment processing

> Good Accounting Knowledge

 Desired skills                 

> Excellent interpersonal skills

> Excellent Business communication skills
