Job Description:

CashPro Consultant serves as a seasoned proficient technical liaison between our systems to train, educate and support LATAM clients. 

Responsibilities:

Responsible for interfacing with med/high revenue clients. Provides technical systems and software support for modification, implementation, or conversion of business systems. Supports the process of translating business needs into formal Business Requirements deliverables. Acts as liaison between business unit and software, hardware developers, and vendors. Participates in design, development, and implementation of complex applications, or systems, often using new technologies. Serves as a fully seasoned, proficient technical resource. Participates as an individual contributor on projects, completing activities as a part of a team related to special initiatives or operations. Routine accountability is for technical knowledge and capabilities. Typically as an individual contributor. 

Requirements:

  • Able to work normally 7:00am - 4:00pm EST or 8:00am - 5:00pm EST to cover Brazil work hours. Some US holidays will apply. Ask manger to discuss during interview.
  • 6+ months experience with technical support or banking services
  • 6+ month experience in International Treasury environment
  • Ability to conduct discussions with Clients in a confident manner. 
  • Intermediate ability in computer skills.
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems while interacting with the customer.
  • Excellent communications skills, and ability to present to an audience.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
  • Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. Candidate must be able to manage own time and know when to escalate. 
  • Comfortable receiving ongoing performance feedback and coaching.
  • Comfortable with ongoing change and learning new technology/processes.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Ability to provide a positive customer experience through creative solutions.
  • Ability to engage with customers, begin a conversation, build rapport, and handle objections.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Speak and write fluently in English and Portuguese is Highly Desired, (Spanish a plus).
  • IT degree preferred or substantially equivalent experience.
