Job Description:
This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.

EPT is a global payments team which provides a wide range of financial platforms and services. EPT is made of core payment business technology functions including Merchant Solutions, Card Issuing, Digital Wallets, Transfers, Liability Payments and Settlement. EPT facilitates the movement of roughly $693 trillion through the processing of approximately 18.8 billion transactions a year to more than 66 million consumer/small business relationships and 2 million wealth management clients. 

This role brings a ‘testing mindset’ to the team, and is responsible for testing and delivering complex software requirements to accomplish business outcomes. They are a subject matter expert on testing practices ensuring the testing strategy and processes are well-defined and continuously improved for the team or teams. Key responsibilities of the role include establishing a test and automation strategy, creating common test frameworks, defining and managing test processes including test data generation, defect management and reporting

Responsibilities:

  • Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.)
  • Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
  • Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline
  • Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule
  • Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
  • Supports resource planning for delivery and execution
  • Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards

Required Qualification:

  • Program/Projects E2E Delivery / Execution
  • Manage Release E2E working closely with Project Managers as applicable
  • Budget preparation and analysis
  • Positive, goal-oriented with strong work-ethics.
  • Responsible for Planning, Coordinating and Delivery of defined deliverables for a larger program which requires engagement from tech teams across multiple organizations.
  • Key Responsibilities include communicating target outcomes, managing risks, ensuring compliance standards and visibility to health of programs on continuous basis.
  • Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery of large programs, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.
  • Broadens relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk
  • Establishes target outcomes in partnership with stakeholders and leaders
  • Tracks success metrics and provides status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, performance, risks, issues, and schedule
  • Ability to track program value stream variances in to order to ensure work aligns with program objectives.
  • Collaborates with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify root causes to solve complex programs in highly unstable situations
  • Manages program financials and supports resource planning
  • Regular updates on program finances and tracks the variances very closely and reports to leadership
  • Works at program level under the supervision from a senior manager
  • Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards

Desired Qualifications:

  • Condition and generate test data and ensure data compliance requirements are met on all levels of test environments.Assist in identifying and managing sensitive test data.
  • Participate in triaging reported issues/defects and assist with resolving or escalating them as necessary.
  • Create and manage traceability. Trace tests forwards/backwards through the development lifecycle and back to requirements.
  • Use testing tools and follow processes to complete testing on a given test environment and assist with fulfillment of necessary steps required to promote code base to higher level environments
