Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with corporate bankers to attract new corporate clients.

  • Develop and maintain client relationships.

  • Employ financial models to develop solutions to assess the financial or capital impact of transactions.

  • Evaluate capital needs of clients and assess market conditions to inform structuring of financial packages.

  • Analyze financial information to forecast business, industry, or economic conditions.

  • Prepare all materials for transactions or execution of deals.

  • Analyze current client treasury functions and liquidity structures to design streamlined and efficient solutions in operating cash management globally.

  • Work with right sizing credit requirements for multinational corporations to assist with their daily cash flow needs.

  • Perform legal and regulatory KYC checks and due diligence to remain legally and regulatory compliant.

  • Assess cash management, liquidity, and payments for various clients in the global Large Corporations division to help facilitate workflow.

  • Utilize understanding of major clearing systems and requirements to identify the best solution for a client to ensure timely payments and receipts in the most cost effective manner possible.

  • Evaluate and assess complex client requirements and market condition to translate the requirements into actionable sales opportunities.

  • Employ financial models to assess transactions, performing negotiations and making presentations to senior executives.

  • Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in International Business, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related: and

  • 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related Finance occupation.

  • Must have 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related Finance occupation. Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Assessing cash management, liquidity, and payments for various clients in the global Large Corporations division to help facilitate workflow;

  • Utilizing understanding of major clearing systems and requirements to identify the best solution for a client to ensure timely payments and receipts in the most cost effective manner possible;

  • Evaluating and assessing complex client requirements and market condition to translate the requirements into actionable sales opportunities; and,

  • Employing financial models to assess transactions, performing negotiations and making presentations to senior executives.

  • The employer will accept a Master's degree in a stated field as meeting the Bachelor's degree requirement.

New York pay and benefits information

New York pay range:

$205,000.00 - $225,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
