This job is responsible for sourcing new financing opportunities and leading deal teams through the analysis, approval, and execution phases of a transaction. Key responsibilities include working on sole lender, club, and widely syndicated ABL transactions and maintaining an external referral network of private equity firms, investment banks, consultants, and direct credit lenders. Job expectations include developing an internal referral network of relationship managers and credit product managers in Global Banking among other lines of business to work with prospective ABL clients and COIs.

Required Skills:
• Track record of driving results through the motivation and management of a team
• Strong credit skills (Commercial Banking experience and/or asset-based lending experience preferred)
• Senior level contacts in the market with financial sponsors, restructuring advisors, and other referral sources
• Strong understanding of sales organizations and sales processes
• Ability to manage direct reports in remote states.
• Able to establish and maintain collaborative partnerships across organizational boundaries
• Able to drive integration among multiple partners and functions
• Demonstrates sound judgment and acts with speed - able to achieve results quickly
• Displays personal courage, makes tough people and business decisions
• Communicates crisply and candidly
• Unquestionable business and personal integrity
