Job Description:

The delivery lead role in the Asia Pacific EET team is a highly technical leadership position who is responsible for the coordination and execution of complex change and updates to our hosted virtual solutions environments. The delivery lead will manage the end-to-end change process from inception, through design and deployment, and hand over to operations, for programs assigned from the EET modernization efforts. A strong technical background is required to ensure compliance with architectural standards throughout the execution of these programs.   

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the project portfolio of the APAC EEDS/EET technology team reporting to the Regional EEDS lead.
  • Coordinate and champion technology modernization in the region.
  • Manage the project specific resources directly to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain reporting of project status and escalate issues as required.
  • Communicate with end users of the EEDS platforms and provide support.
  • Participate in architecture and design creation and reviews.
  • Coordinate issue and problem resolution for platforms under EEDS support.

Required Skills:

  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience required for the following;
  • Project Management of complex technology implementations with a global remit.
  • Financial Forecasting, budget management, and reporting.
  • People Management of teams with diverse cultural backgrounds from multiple geographic locations. 
  • Management of End user support interactions
  • VMware virtualization technologies 
  • VDI technology including both Citrix and Horizon  

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with the following technologies would be desirable;
  • F5 load balancers and APM 
  • AVI load Balancers
  • iGel Thin Client OS
  • ChromeOS
  • PING / SAML authentication
