Overview:
This role will be a key team member in the Application & Technology Assurance (ATA) team helping drive transformational change as the enterprise looks to adopt improved secure coding practices and tools earlier in the application development lifecycle. ATA performs ethical penetration testing, a vested interest in the secure coding controls and strong influence in the delivery of securely coded applications. Adoption of integrated SAST and DAST tools as part of the software development lifecycle has the potential to transform a developer’s ability to balance the conflicting priorities of secure code and speed of delivery in an agile framework.
It provides the groundwork for transformation of processes supporting a large scale penetration testing team. The ATA team is looking for a thought leader to help coordinate process change, engagement with other GIS control functions, development teams and risk partners. This role will utilize skills of understanding technologies and their relationships to business process, influence and persuasion, communication across all levels of the organization structure and a view of both the tactical and strategic simultaneously.
Required Qualifications:
5+ year's experience in strategic Input to end state, planning, employee experience, and implementation
Proven ability to drive new business processes that drive transformational change.
Engagement in influential conversations with supportive and still-to-be convinced stakeholders
Ability to understand the challenges faced from all sides to suggest mutually agreeable solutions
Facilitate impact analysis – coordinate upstream/downstream discussions related to changes to account for cross functional impact
Change Management Planning – Develop a comprehensive strategy inclusive of project plans and methodologies to achieve the desired end state.
This should encompass:
Technical changes
Business process changes
Toll gating and governance requirements
Documentation
Identification of and accounting for training needs
Socialization, adoption planning and resistance management
Risk management
Reporting
Identifying other needs as appropriate to the objectives
Stakeholder Management and Communication – manage inbound feedback and outbound communications
Support development of socialization documents such as walking decks and project updates
Hands on Project Management – monitor and report on delivery of milestones.
