Job Description:
This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of large program deliverables which requires engagement across multiple organizations. Key responsibilities include communicating target outcomes, coordinating delivery, resource planning, providing visibility of program health, and managing program risks, compliance and financials. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, and cost and facilitating sync points between business and technology leaders and Risk and Compliance partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery of large programs, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates
  • Broadens relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk
  • Establishes target outcomes in partnership with stakeholders and leaders
  • Tracks success metrics and provides status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, performance, risks, issues, and schedule
  • Collaborates with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
  • Manages program financials and supports resource planning
  • Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years Program/project Management Experience
  • 10+ years Program/project financials management
  • 10+ years Program/project stakeholder management
  • Experience with tools like Jira, JIRA Align, Agile View, Confluence, WIKI
  • Working knowledge, experience and familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects at various stages of the project life cycle.
  • Large scale program management experience with an understanding of Enterprise Change Management Policy and Standards
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation engagement skills including presenting to LOB senior leaders and financial/legal/compliance/risk partners.  
  • Highly Skilled specific to: Visio, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work with others and manage disparate teams globally.
  • Ability to manage the successful execution of technical solutions whether by a single team or multiple teams.
  • A proven track record in a similar role

  • Must be able to face off to business and technology leaders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to lead meetings, follow-up, negotiate and resolve ambiguity.

Desired Qualifications

  • Fully accountable for engaging the appropriate partners across multiple LOB and Enterprise partner organizations to drive the work and to deliver against expected outcomes and timelines.
  • Provide thought leadership, customer focus, and end-to-end business process knowledge to deliver transformative results.
  • Interacting with all levels of the organization to support the development and delivery or the project/program.  
  • Facilitates review of current state analysis, connecting information to other projects/work streams
  • Translates scope and objectives into projects, tactics, and action plans.
  • Responsible for the development of documentation, presentation materials, status updates, reporting on project/program accomplishments, escalations, and plans.
  • Comfortable developing projects/programs from the ground up and proposing execution strategies.
  • Responsible for monitoring routines & controls to gauge project/program health.
  • Responsible for ensuring projects are executed in accordance with the Enterprise Change Management Policy and Standards.
  •  Responsible for finances and engaging external teams timely.
  •  Manage Program/Project Scope, Timeline and Budget/Expenses; Obtain and align resources to key program/project roles.
  •  Define and document program/project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  •  Develop full-scale program/project plans and associated communication documents.
  •  Effectively communicate program/project expectations to project team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
  •  Set and continually manage program/project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
  •  Identify and manage program/project dependencies and critical path.
  •  Plan and schedule program/project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
  •  Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  •  Problem Solving & Communications Skills, including significant experience facilitating communication among technologists, technology managers, and non-technology managers.
  •  Work with Product Manager and Product Owners in creation of INITIATIVE based Program/Project objective deliverables in JIRA.
